Centro de Investigación y Asistencia en Tecnología y Diseño del Estado de Jalisco (CIATEJ) is a Public Research Center belonging to the Coordination of Environment, Health, and Food of the System of Public Research Centers (CPI) of the Ministry of Science, Humanities, Technology, and Innovation (SECIHTI). For over 40 years, we have conducted Research, Technological Development, and Innovation (R&D&I) activities. We also offer technological services and specialized human resource training with postgraduate programs (master's and doctoral degrees), continuing education (training), and research initiation (internships and undergraduate theses). All of this is aimed at providing technological and human capital solutions that contribute to improving the competitiveness of various social actors in the agricultural, food and beverage, animal and human health, environment, and sustainable energy sectors
