      Dear colleagues

      Thank you for all efforts to continuously improve the process to enable countries to efficiently and effectively report  through the global FRA process, and for the opportunity to comment on the papers prepared for the Expert Consultation process.

      Please find attached comments in track changes to Paper #1 FRA 2025 - What has changed and why?

      Many of the proposed changes are accepted, however, there are a number for which there are concerns and included as comments, as appropriate.
