Ms. Alishba Khan is Member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountant (UK), Associate Member of Pakistan Institute of Public Finance Accountants  and holds BSc (Hons) degree in applied accounting from Oxford Brookes University, United Kingdom.

Ms. Khan is highly accomplished climate finance expert with extensive experience in managing projects focused on climate adaptation, resilience, and disaster risk reduction. 

She has played integral roles in various organizations such as the United Nations Development Program me (UNDP), Food & Agricultural Organization of United Nations (FAO-UN), National Disaster Risk Management Fund (NDRMF) and Telenor Pakistan.

Her expertise spans project management, climate finance, climate & disaster risk finance (CDRF), programme operations, economic and financial analysis, strategic partnerships, policy formulation and climate communication.
