联合国粮食及农业组织（粮农组织）和国际农业发展基金（农发基金）今天启动一项全新计划，旨在加大力度改革全球农业粮食体系，加强从农场到餐桌的各个环节，实现可持续、环境友好、有韧性、包容和无污染的目标。

此项粮食体系综合计划由全球环境基金（全环基金）供资，在沙特阿拉伯利雅得举办的《联合国防治荒漠化公约》缔约方大会第十六届会议期间于“农业粮食体系日”启动。

该计划将通过全环基金提供的2.82亿美元资金，以及预计18亿美元的共同供资，推动全球在生物多样性、土地和气候变化方面实现环境效益，并通过改善粮食安全、营养和生计实现社会经济效益。
