Marco Colangeli and Enrico Mandola innovated a solar energy system that solves three problems together. The active-cooled photovoltaic solar panels reduce evaporation of water by floating on the surface, while it is producing more energy with 20 percent more efficiency, and making more space for energy production, more affordable for local farmers.
