DescriptionCapped prices of imported 5% and 25% broken rice until 30 April 2024. For the Conakry region, the retail price ceiling for a 50 kg bag of rice was set at GNF 340 000 (USD 0.82 per kg), while for other regions ceilings would range from GNF 343 300 to GNF 379 000 (USD 0.82 to USD 0.91 per kg).
