DescriptionPublished the operating rules of the Guaranteed Prices Programme during the fiscal year 2024. The annual budget was increased to MXN 17.6 billion (USD 1.04 billion), in comparison with the MXN 16.8 billion (USD 1.00 billion) of the 2023 fiscal year. In addition, the government increased the minimum prices per maize for small producers to MXN 6 915 (USD 409) per tonne, per bread-wheat to MXN 7 050 (USD 417.2 per tonne).
