Recalling its previous Resolutions 3/2006 and 1/20071 , the Governing Body decided to establish and convene, subject to the availability of funds from the special Fund for Agreed Purposes, an Ad Hoc Working Group on Compliance to negotiate and finalise the procedures and operational mechanisms to promote compliance and address issues of non-compliance, with a view to their approval at the Fourth Session of the Governing Body.
