Guidelines formulated by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) for the World Programme of Census of Agriculture in 2030 were endorsed on 6 March by the UN Statistical Commission at its 57th Session, elevating them to the status of an internationally agreed standard.

De acuerdo con lo informado el viernes por la Organización de las Naciones Unidas para la Alimentación y la Agricultura (FAO), el indicador de referencia de los precios mundiales de los productos alimenticios cayó en diciembre respecto del mes anterior, ya que los descensos de las cotizaciones de los productos lácteos, la carne y los aceites vegetales compensaron con creces los aumentos de las de los cereales y el azúcar.
