FAO Regional Conference for Asia and the Pacific (APRC)

APRC35 postponed due to Coronavirus emergency

The Royal Government of Bhutan has informed FAO that, “given the emergency situation of the outbreak of Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCoV) and the declaration of the Novel Coronavirus as a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC) by the Director-General of the World Health Organization”, it has decided to postpone the Regional Conference to a later date.

Participants are invited to cancel their flight reservations, if not already done so. As for the cancellation of the hotel reservations, FAO RAP will liaise with the Royal Government of Bhutan and will inform the Registrants as soon as possible.
