DescriptionState aid scheme to support enterprises engaged in the primary production of some agricultural products (including common winter wheat, durum winter wheat, winter triticale, winter rye, winter barley, winter oats and winter rapeseed) as a result of war in st Ukraine. The measure aims to provide assistance to the primary agricultural production of certain crops (winter cereals and rapeseed) that are at risk of losing financial liquidity due to the difficulties in the market provoked by the current crisis. The measure provides aid in the form of direct grants and is administered by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development. The estimated budget of the measure is RON 1 200 million (approximately EUR 241.1 million) financed from the State budget, and may be granted until 30 June 2024.
