19 November 2014, Rome--- A joint Press Conference by the Director-General of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) and the Director-General of the World Health Organization was held today at FAO headquarters, as the Second International Conference on Nutrition (ICN2) starts. The intergovernmental conference has been called to promote awareness of nutritional deficiencies, including the growing incidence of obesity in countries across the income spectrum.
