3 December 2014, Rome--- Climate change is already affecting food security and the livelihoods of the world's most vulnerable. FAO is supporting countries during COP20 to ensure that linkages between climate change and food security issues are taken into account during the Conference. Overcoming climate change is central to achieving a sustainable future for the planet's growing population, and food security must lie at the heart of that effort.

Maria Helena Semedo, FAO Deputy Director-General, Coordinator for Natural Resources, tells more about the Climate Change Conference, in Lima, Peru.
