Climate change: the challenge of the 21 century
16 December 2016--- In the recent years it is obvious that we are facing with a climate change, locally as well as globally. How that does affects our living, our food supply, the living conditions and the geography as a whole? As the climate continues to warm, the major changes may occur in the structure and function of ecosystems, ecological interactions and geographical cover of species with predominantly negative consequences for biodiversity. The scope of the deployment of many species will change, some species that are not able to move or adapt may face extinction. Increased floods and droughts as part of climate change are predicted to increase the risk of destroying the array of plant and animal species. How does all this affects out local environment?
