What are countries doing to combat the threat of climate change?

The side event will present two successful country experiences of Climate Smart Agriculture (CSA)– an approach that simultaneously addresses an increase in sustainable productivity, adaptation and, where possible, mitigation – and will show how countries adapt their policies and adopt “climate-smart” approaches to agriculture.

The side event is also an opportunity to learn from countries that have championed CSA implementation and sets out promising scenarios under NDC commitments for others to follow.
