The Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC) is a public policy think tank under the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The Center conducts analytical research on economic reforms, development strategies, governance, and public policy, and supports evidence-based decision-making through monitoring and evaluation of national development programs. CAERC publishes the peer-reviewed academic journal “Economic Reforms”, which focuses on economic policy, development strategies, and structural reforms. The institution actively promotes international academic collaboration and dissemination of research outputs.
