Instituto de Ecología y Sistemática, del Ministerio de Ciencia, Tecnología y Medio Ambiente de Cuba, es una organización de investigación y desarrollo, producción, servicio científico-técnico y de formación de post-grados. Fundado en 1986, por la fusión de los Institutos de Botánica, Zoología, Química y Biología Experimental de la Academia de Ciencias de Cuba.
