CCLAC gears up for the coordinating committee with a workshop on Codex etools

A virtual “Codex ABC” training event was held on 3 and 5 April 2024 for the Latin America and Caribbean region (CCLAC), with the support of the Codex Secretariat and the Inter-American Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture (IICA), with translation into Spanish, English and French. ACT/ Colombia workshop recognizes progress made on combatting AMR

Brazil case study to aid monitoring of use and impact of Codex standards

Goal 3 of the Codex Strategic Plan 2020–2025 calls for increased impact through the recognition and use of Codex texts, including  the development of a mechanism to monitor the use and impact of Codex standards. CCFH54/ Meeting concludes in Nairobi with agreements on revisions, guidelines and new work

The Codex Committee on Food Hygiene (CCFH) has concluded its 54th session, which was held for the first time in Kenya, co-hosted by the United States of America and Kenya.
