Since its arrival in West Africa in 2016, Fall Armyworm (FAW) has spread across Africa, the Near East and Asia, reaching as far as Australia. In Kenya, Josephine Owese cultivates maize in order to feed families and livestock. In 2017, FAW attacked her crops.
