Sarwar-E-Kamal is an activist & Development Partitioner with a academic background in sociology & 37 years of exclusive experience in social development with special focus on indigenous community development in the plain land (Barind Tract) of Bangladesh. Action Research in alternative development of the indigenous community have been the priority area. Mr. Kamal have developed a not for profit organization shaping the findings of the research into reality. The hypothesis of the action research have been developed into a viable project and with phase by phase it has become a replicable model in the modern development conception. Organization leadership & Indigenous community development are the expertise area of Mr. Kamal.
