E-nugget n. 3 – Advanced training on Crop Water Productivity

Building on the e-nugget held last week a second and more advanced training on Sustainable Agricultural Water Management and Enhanced Crop Water Productivity has been organized in collaboration with the University of Cordoba. The event is directed to selected trainees from relevant ministries in Libya.

The training will focus on:

1. Crop water productivity concept;
2. AquaCrop – The tool;
3. Methodological approach for enhancing water productivity;
4. Field application – A success story.

The training has been delivered by Prof. Elias Fereres, Margarita Garcìa-Vila (Researcher) and Ángel González Gómez (Associate Researcher) from the University of Cordoba, Spain.
