During January to June 2025, a total of 35 430 tonnes of live lobster were exported from Canada as compared to 38 220 tonnes and 45 920 tonnes in the corresponding periods of 2024 and 2023, respectively. The Lobster Council of Canada describes total lobster exports during this period as being “generally flat” year-on-year.
