Objective: Contribute to the development of the regional school feeding agenda in Latin America and the Caribbean through the Sustainable School Feeding Network (RAES), aiming to support the development of national school feeding policies.
Objective: Build the elements to ensure the sustainability of Latin American cotton production through a system approach, with the collaboration of Brazilian institutions recognized for their knowledge and experience in research and public policy, technical assistance and rural extension, marketing and organization of the value chain.
Objective: Support countries in Latin America, the Caribbean and Africa to respond to humanitarian crises and instances of food insecurity; through actions in response to emergency situations, and to recover and strengthen the agricultural sector. Includes projects which support the Initiative for Latin America and the Caribbean without Hunger (2025).
Objective: strengthen the capacities of technicians and managers of government institutions and civil society in the region on public policy issues for Family Farming and Family Farming, establish an integrated knowledge management system on the issues of Technical Assistance and Rural Extension in the region. On the other hand, work will be done on the construction of a joint communication strategy of the results achieved, as well as on the establishment of a joint mechanism for coordination and implementation of the planned activities.
Objective: Contribute to increasing the food and nutrition security of rural communities in El Salvador, Nicaragua, Honduras and Paraguay, through school feeding programs which are strengthened and articulated by means of food products from local and regional family farming.
