National focal points
Contracting Parties are invited to nominate a national focal point to whom important correspondence would be addressed. The contact information for the focal points (name, title, mail address, e-mail, and telephone numbers) can be sent to the Secretary of the International Treaty at [email protected].
The focal point can be an individual or an office. This information will be posted online. Additionally, one or more email addresses of officials of the same or other national organization can be provided for the correspondence.
