Ask an Expert

This module is designed to allow interactive communication between registered users and the iRTP-WS distinguished experts on various topics.  It offers registered users the opportunity to ask and raise questions that are answered directly by water professionals from different regions.

Through this module, registered users are allowed to inquire and raise questions through an online ticketing system called “Ask the expert”, where he/she will be able to submit his/her questions through a pre-designed online form. Once a question is submitted, it will be forwarded -by the iRTP-WS team- to the desired expert to get his/her feedback. 

When asking a question please enter as much relevant detail about your question as possible. We will do our best to respond to your question via e-mail within a reasonable amount of time (which should not exceed 10 working days) either with a direct answer to the question or by proposing selected related material/ references that can guide you through your inquiry.
