The Committee on Mediterranean Forestry Questions – Silva Mediterranea is comprised by its Member Countries. Silva Mediterranea membership is open to all Members of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) African, European and Near East Forestry Commissions whose territories are situated wholly or partially in the Mediterranean basin. Membership is also open to those with forest, agricultural or grazing economies that are intimately associated with those of the Mediterranean region. It currently has 28 Members, including 27 states and one organization:
