FAO in collaboration with the Rome-based Agencies and the European Union will launch a new programme to address the root causes of gender inequalities. Experts will present experiences and good practices that have generated tangible results under SDG2. The event will also raise awareness on the need to adopt gender transformative approaches to end hunger, achieve food security and promote sustainable agriculture.
