Пиво - один из самых древних напитков, известных на сегодняшний день. Культура пивоварения тесно связана с сельским хозяйством. Два из трех базовых ингредиентов пива (солод и хмель) – продукты сельскохозяйственного производства. Солод можно получить практически из любого зерна, но лучше всего использовать рожь или ячмень. За свою историю человечество отказалось от многих привычек, жизнь Homo Sapiens изменилась до неузнаваемости, но пиво остается его неизменным спутником.
