Each FAO Reference Centre should submit to FAO’s Animal Production and Health Division:

• An annual report of its activities in the areas of collaboration, covering the previous calendar year for most Centres by 1 July (as specified in the terms and conditions).
  
  
• At the conclusion of the designation period, the FAO Reference Centre shall submit a comprehensive terminal report of all the designation years to FAO no later than six months before the expiry date of the designation period.

Country names and titles of organizations should conform to those given in the FAO Term Portal, seeking guidance from FAO in cases of uncertainty regarding country/territory terminology and for all names of disputed territories.
