The Latin American and Caribbean Association of Food Science and Technology (ALACCTA) has organized a World Food Safety Day webinar under the theme “Food safety: prepare for the unexpected.”

The virtual event will feature food safety experts, who will share their knowledge on how to address challenges in the food industry. The following topics will be addressed:
