GlobalRise, a non-profit organization, works with Indigenous Peoples who are passionate about overcoming disease and poverty. By harnessing the power of good nutrition, culture, technology and food systems, Global Rise aims to transform the lives of orphans, families and communities. It builds Digital Food Systems, which are evidence-based demonstration platforms that show governments the potential for multi-thematic improvement in extremely poor, stunted regions. GlobalRise’s current prototype is in Kasese, Uganda with plans to expand in South Asia and Central America.
