Ladakh Ecological Development Group (LEDeG) is a grassroots organization founded in 1983. Our mission is to develop ecologically sound development models and to advocate for adequate development policies. We have been working towards the improvement of the lives of rural communities living in remote villages of Ladakh, India. Our main areas of work include renewable energy, improving livelihoods and tackling urban environmental issues.
