The Regional Social Organization “Centre of Innovative Technologies and Social Expertise” (CITISE) , established on March 1, 2010, aims to promote innovation and social expertise in Russia. The organization brings together members to develop and implement innovative technologies, enhance collaboration between the state, businesses, civil society, and research communities, and support public participation and civil initiatives. CITISE provides advisory support for policy development, contributes to the improvement of regulatory frameworks, fosters partnerships both nationally and internationally, promotes scientific research, and facilitates the exchange of knowledge and best practices among its members and other organizations.
