The Comisión de Investigaciones Científicas (CIC), created after the signing of decree Nº 21.996 on 5 December 1956, is one of the first science and technology bodies in the country. Its objective is to train professionals and develop scientific and technological research in order to generate knowledge and concrete solutions for the people of Buenos Aires.
