Universidad Andina Simón Bolívar (UASB)

The Simon Bolivar Andean University was created in 1985. It's an institution of the CAN. As such, it is part of the Andean Integration System (SAI). In addition to its status as an autonomous academic institution, it enjoys the status of an international public law agency. It has academic headquarters in Sucre (Bolivia) and Quito (Ecuador), offices in Lima (Peru) and Cartagena de Indias (Colombia).
