This includes the design of teaching and learning programs for civil society and communities, as well as awareness-raising projects to highlight the importance of risk management and foster a culture of resilience.

It facilitates access to information on threats and vulnerabilities, disseminating best practices, and promoting citizen participation and international cooperation in disaster risk management.
