The Non Governmental Organization Institute of Eastern European Research and Consulting officially registered as ГО "Інститут східноєвропейських досліджень і дорадництва" (NGO IEERC), is an independent non-governmental organization located within the campus of Kharkiv National Agrarian University (KhNAU) in Ukraine.
