China’s Practices on Poverty Alleviation through Tourism

To celebrate World Tourism on 27th September, the World Tourism Alliance (WTA) and the China National Tourist Office in Rome will jointly organize an event of Presentation and Photo Exhibition of China’s Practice on Poverty Alleviation Through Tourism. The Photo Exhibition will solicit pictures that can best present China’s experience of agriculture tourism-based poverty alleviation, as well as the successful cases of GIAHS sites in China. We believe that China’s experience will offer positive reference to the global cause of poverty reduction through agriculture tourism. The event is organized with the technical support of FAO and held in the Sheikh Zayed Center on 27th September at 10.30 AM.
