6th Session of the Central Asian and Caucasus Regional Fisheries and Aquaculture Commission
Hybrid Event, 15/10/2018 - 18/10/2018
The 6th Session of the Central Asian and Caucasus Regional Fisheries and Aquaculture Commission (CACFish) will be hosted by the Government of Turkey, 15-18 October 2018 in Izmir. During this Session, the Commission will review the results of the 2016-2017 intersessional activities, main decisions and recommendations of the relevant FAO conferences and committees, and follow up on decisions of the 5th Session of CACFish. This Commission will also discuss the administrative and financial affairs of CACFish, discuss future priorities for regional development of fisheries and aquaculture sector, and approve the Commission budget and activities to be undertaken by the Secretariat in the next intersessional period 2018-2019.
