An output of the project is an FAO Guideline on documented good practices in data systems for management of inland fisheries, based on FAO expertise, tools, and regional research findings, which include:

  • case studies on Denmark, Croatia, Czechia, Finland, and Ireland produced under Letter of Agreements with the Natural Resources Institute Finland (LUKE) and in collaboration with research institutes from the European Inland Fisheries and Aquaculture Advisory Commission (EIFAAC);
