The 3rd Steering Committee Meeting of ECO-RCC will take place in Antalya with the participation of member states representative.
The ECO-RCC, established in Ankara in November 2012, aims to enhance cooperation, knowledge sharing and information exchange among ECO member states namely Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Iran, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Turkey, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan, in the area of food security.
The Centre facilitates the development and implementation of the projects to support food security in close collaboration with national, regional and international organizations including FAO.
The Steering Committee which is composed of country representatives is the main decision body for the Centre.
