ان التنسيق للدستور الغذائي في أوروبا- المانيا
أنشأت هيئة الدستور الغذائي في دورتها الثانية عام 1964 لجنة التنسيق لهيئة الدستور الغذائي في أوروبا لتحل محل "المجلس الأوروبي للدستور الغذائي" ولتحل محل "المجموعة الاستشارية لأوروبا" التي تم تشكيلها في دورتها الأولى عام 1963.
وتم عقد الاجتماع الأول للجنة التنسيق لهيئة الدستور الغذائي في أوروبا في تموز/ يوليو 1965 في برن بسويسرا وبحضور 16 دولة من المنطقة.
تتخذ ألمانيا، وهي المنسق الحالي، من الوزارة الاتحادية للأغذية والزراعة (BMEL) مقرا لها. .
إن الأولويات الرئيسية لألمانيا كمنسق هي كالتالي:
- تقليل الحواجز التي تحول دون المشاركة النشطة لأعضاء المنطقة في عمل هيئة الدستور الغذائي،
- زيادة الوعي بدور هيئة الدستور الغذائي وسلامة الأغذية بشكل عام في التحول نحو نظم غذائية مستدامة، و
- تعزيز استخدام معايير هيئة الدستور الغذائي في المجالات ذات الأولوية مثل مقاومة مضادات الميكروبات.
وعند التطرق لهذه الأولويات، سيستخدم المنسق أوجه التآزر من الأنشطة الدولية والإقليمية لأمانة هيئة الدستور الغذائي ومنظمة الأغذية والزراعة للأمم المتحدة ومنظمة الصحة العالمية فضلا عن المراقبين لهيئة الدستور الغذائي.

World Food Safety Day / Türkiye marks the Day under the theme “From Burden to Solutions – Safe Food Everywhere”
To mark World Food Safety Day 2026, the General Directorate of Food and Control of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry of Türkiye organized a hybrid event bringing together food safety professionals from across the country.

World Food Safety Day / Viva fair brings food safety and sustainability to the community in Lisbon
On 7 June 2026, the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of the University of Lisbon hosted the “Viva Fair”, bringing together academia, the food sector and the community to celebrate food safety, sustainable nutrition, science and tradition.

World Food Safety Day / Feira Viva – Safe Food for Everyone at University of Lisbon
The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Lisbon, Portugal will hold a series of events on campus to celebrate World Food Safety Day.

Word Food Safety Day / Romanian students take on food safety challenges
Romania celebrated World Food Safety Day 2026 with the seventh edition of the “Youth and Food Safety – PolySafeFood” Competition, an official satellite event held under the theme “From challenges to solutions – Safe food everywhere.”

World Food Safety Day / Bilbao networking session encouraged food safety action among industry professionals
As part of the World Food Safety Day 2026 celebrations, the Asociación de Ciencia y Tecnología de los Alimentos de Euskadi (ACTAE) organized a dedicated B2B networking session with its members during the Food 4 Future industry event at the Bilbao Exhibition Centre.
