La coalition Food is Never Waste a été créée lors du Pré-Sommet sur les systèmes alimentaires tenu à Rome en 2021 afin de faire avancer l’application du Programme 2030 et de réduire plus rapidement les pertes et le gaspillage alimentaires, conformément aux objectifs du Sommet sur les systèmes alimentaires de 2021, dans la droite ligne de la cible 12.3 des objectifs de développement durable (ODD).
