The purpose of this notification is to bring to your attention the ongoing process for the development of the post-2020 global biodiversity framework coordinated by the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD), and to encourage the participation of Treaty National Focal Points and representatives in the process, in order to ensure that the objectives and priorities of the International Treaty are taken into account.
