The 44th Session of the Committee on Nutrition and Foods for Special Dietary Uses will be held in Dresden Germany on 2 – 6 October 2024.

LETTER FROM THE CHAIRPERSON

A new letter from the Chairpersons of the Codex Committee on Nutrition and Foods for Special Dietary Uses, Martine Püster and Carolin Bendadani, addressing all Codex Members and Observers participating in the forthcoming session of CCNFSDU, can be found here in English. Codex Members and Observers are kindly invited to read the letter welcoming delegates to CCNFSDU44.

WORKING GROUPS

Two physical working group meetings will be held on at the same venue as the CCNSDU44 as follows:

PWG-DAY 1 on the Guideline for new work / prioritization mechanism on Monday, 30 September 2024 (10:00 - 17:00); and

PWG-DAY 2 on the General Principles for the establishment of NRVs-R for persons aged 6 to 36 months on Tuesday, 1 October 2024 (09:00 - 16:00).

BRIEFING FOR FIRST TIME DELEGATES

The briefing for first-time delegates will take place on Tuesday, 1 October 2024, from 13:30 - 14:15 in Seminar Room 4.

Attendees are kindly requested to RSVP the names of delegates, indicating the Codex Member or Observer they represent, to [email protected] by 20 September 2024 (COB) should they wish to attend.
