Since 2023, the GFCM has maintained a database on scientific information in the Black Sea, including information on experts, their relevant publications and the life-history and biological data of Black Sea priority species.
The database aims to: compile and make available scientific information relevant to Black Sea experts in a single database; increase awareness of the technical and scientific capacity within the Black Sea among Black Sea experts and the Scientific Advisory Committee for the Black Sea (ACBS); promote expertise and disseminate ongoing work in the Black Sea to a wide audience
