In the framework of the BFB Initiative, FAO and the Centre for Environmental Policy, Imperial College London, are beginning a collaboration to develop a tool for the mapping of natural resources-driven fragility and the global fragility based on integrating the availability of natural resources with future technological and environmental issues.

The project is entering its second training phase with a series of online administered courses directed to selected trainees from Libya, Mali and Niger. The series of courses, that will start the first week of November, will consist in 7 administered online courses carried out along 2 to 4 full training days.
