Following two years of online courses and training opportunities, an in-person regional gathering was organized in Tunis, from 12 to 16 December.

At the 15^th Conference of Parties (CoP) of the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification (UNCCD), the Building Forward Better Initiative organized a side event to address the fragility of drought-prone drylands.
