Self-evaluation and Holistic Assessment of Climate Resilience of Farmers and Pastoralist (SHARP+)

Qualité de l

This module assesses water quality by examining the pollution of water sources, as well as its suitability for human consumption and agricultural activities.

Contribution to resilience

Clean water is essential to the health of household members and the productivity of livestock and crops. Deteriorating water quality increases health risks, reduces yields and weakens farming systems. Protecting and monitoring water quality thus contributes to the sustainability of agro-ecosystems and strengthens their ability to cope with environmental pressures.
