Reference is made to the notification NCP GB-Sp1 Invitation issued on 5 October 2021, by which the Secretariat had informed about the postponement of the Ninth Session of the Governing Body to May 2022 and the consequent convening of the First Special Session in December 2021 to adopt the interim budget for 2022.
