06/02/2014 The purpose of this notification is to inform Contracting Parties of the current depletion of funds and to invite them to make contributions to the Special Funds in support of the implementation of the Work Programme for 2014-15. An early response to this Notification will facilitate the planning of the implementation of the Programme of Work.
